I started using the Bulgarian Hydro with my skill position football players my linemen and my baseball guys. I worked on change of direction and juking with them and stability work with the linemen. With the baseball guys I worked on hitting and my pitchers for spine rotation/moblilty. I have all of the hydro products from Finesse so I mix it up depending what I'm work on. All great product. If you’re a trainer you need to add this to your training for your clients.
was actually gonna return this product and then shipping cost too much so I decided to keep it, I’m actually really glad I kept it after I filled them up and started working out with it. It’s actually really amazing tool to work out with and it allows you to use explosive movements without hurting your joints.
The DCP is a must have, it blows away other water filled equipment because of the duo chambers, which means it can be off setting when filling one side with more water, to create more chaos in your workout!
